The importer is the person responsible for customs import operations, i.e. those activities that put non-EU goods into “free circulation” within the territory of the European Union.
The procedures required to complete the above activities can be very complex, as they generally entail a continuous update on the reference regulatory framework together with an ability to classify goods, which is necessary to identify the corresponding customs tariff and a correct application of the taxation derived from it.
To this end, our intervention takes the form of carrying out all the customs, port and administrative formalities required for the importation of goods, in addition to direct assistance at the various offices that contribute to completing the procedures (Maritime Health, Veterinary Office, Phytopathologist, Age Control, etc. …).
