the motorway: take the exit at Livorno and after about 3 km follow
the signs for ‘ Stagno – Zona Industriale ‘; after
another kilometre you will come to a junction with the “Aurelia”
main road.
Turn left towards Livorno and after 2 km there is a traffic light
with an Esso service station on the right; keep straight on, under
a railway bridge and after 300 m follow the directions for “Tirrenia”.
After another kilometre the road goes slightly downhill, at the
bottom, turn left into Via delle Cateratte; after 500 metres there
are two high smokestacks: the Gragnani offices (see photo) are on
your left. There are ample private parking facilities for our guests.

the the Florence/Livorno highway: take the four lane highway to
the “Livorno Centro – Porto” exit, then the
main road (Via Leonardo Da Vinci) for about 2 km till you come
to a junction; turn left and follow the signs for “Centro”
for about 500 m, along a long wall on the right. On the left you
will see two high smokestacks. The Gragnani offices (see photo)
are on your left. There are ample private parking facilities for
our guests.
